We provide a service that is unique from other appraisal firms. We have a quick turnaround time, in most cases 48 hours and if needed same day service at no additional fee. Our fees are competitive if not lower than other appraisal firms. We personally take all phone/fax/email orders and extensively research the property. If there is a question on zoning or a possible physical problem with the property that could affect the loan we will communicate with the lender any problem and recommend a solution in order to process the loan. If a solution is not reached we will cancel the appraisal order and there would be no fee incurred.
